Dealing with change is hard – whether it is welcome or not. Change can provoke us to imagine fabulous possibilities. It can also make us feel scared and uncomfortable. In our final webinar of the series, we use the metaphor of the butterfly to explore the stages of change. Join us as we share stories of change in our lives and how we had to adapt and let go of our past selves, and sometimes our past lives.
